The bedrooms with comfortable beds (180 x 200 cm) offer a wonderful view of the surroundings. The harmonious colour tones and the spacious wardrobes with numerous drawers create a practical yet stylish atmosphere.
The kitchen, with its stylish anthracite design and modern island, invites you to cook while enjoying a stunning view over the lake all the way to the Alps.
The amenities are high-quality and leave nothing to be desired: a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, and an oven with microwave function are available. A dishwasher adds convenience, and the Hans Grohe tap with sparkling-water function (Akvitura) completes the exclusive setup.
The ground-floor bathroom has a window and a modern walk-in shower. You’ll also find a toilet and a stylish washbasin with fittings in an elegant “brushed nickel” finish in Axor style. Here, functionality meets sophisticated design.
The spacious dining table with an elegant wooden top seats up to eight people. Thanks to its extendable design, it can be expanded to an impressive 4.80 metres, comfortably accommodating larger groups as well.
There are 33 steps leading up to the house, as it is located on a sunny hillside plot. The path is lined with picturesque plants, including azaleas, hydrangeas, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean greenery, creating a charming southern ambience.

The renovation of Casa Valentina is complete – and we couldn’t be happier! ✨ Our team of experienced craftspeople in Italy did an amazing job, bringing our dream home to life with great attention to detail.
Our construction manager Patrick Simonelli used his expertise and experience in surveying and planning to ensure that all building work matched our vision exactly. Thanks to his precise work, Casa Valentina now shines in a new light.
